Strategy
The long-term development strategy of Plast-Box provides for the maintenance of the company's market position in the plastic product market. Therefore, the Company plans to strengthen its position in the domestic market and expand in the Ukrainian market, as well as attract recipients from new branches.
Such objectives will be achieved through the modernisation of production equipment and the implementation of new imprint technology consistent with technical standards applicable in Western European markets
Sustainable development – obligations and goals
PTS "Plast-Box" SA treats the issue of sustainable development very seriously. Apart from developing its good internal environmental policy, the Company intends to incorporate sustainable development rules with its key organisational procedures, like customer services, new product development and investment policy.
Sustainable development aspects are also incorporated in all internal areas of PTS "Plast-Box" SA, including:
- human resources (employee satisfaction, performance appraisal and remuneration review, personal development),
- marketing (the perception of the Company by customers, brand value),
- external communication (reputation),
- financial information (investor preferences),
- general policy (supplier selection, procurement policy, environmental policy).
